Scorva UK Ltd warrants all our Scorva brand of watches to be brand new, unworn, 100% authentic and free of defects.
We provide warranty coverage of two years from the date of purchase on all of Scorva watches. Our warranty covers the watch movement and battery replacement for the time period stated and excludes: watch case, watch bracelet, straps, crown/stem, crystal/glass, finishes, damage caused by excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, and damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer's water resistance limitations. All shipping and handling costs in connection with warranty service are the responsibility of the customer, including VAT. This warranty is valid only at Scorva UK Ltd.
Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than us and or our affiliated service centers will void this warranty. We disclaim any liability for consequential or incidental damages for breach of written or implied warranty of this watch, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Shipping & insurance costs for warranty returns to Scorva Ltd UK or its affiliated service centers must be covered by the customer. All watches should be sent to us (contact our customer service) by prepaid insured traceable mail courier. The tracking number for your return must be emailed to us upon shipment. All warranty returns must have a Scorva Return Authorization No. (SRA#). Please contact us prior to your return for the SRA#. This number must be boldly displayed on the outside of the box. A watch returned without SRA # will be refused. In order to process your repair you must include our repair form which will be emailed to you by a member of our customer service team.
Please note: Please make sure to inspect your watch as soon as you receive it. Before wearing or removing any tags or factory tape, check over the watch to see that it is in perfect working order, with no cosmetic defects. If, after wearing or sizing your watch, you notice that there is a mechanical problem, we will do our best to repair it under our warranty.
In order to return a watch for warranty service, please follow this procedure:
Watch service repair time can vary depending on the model and the specific problem with the watch. Warranty service repairs usually take six to eight weeks. When your watch service is completed, we will email a delivery tracking number to you. We will pay for the return of your watch. If you wish to have your watch returned via expedited shipping, we are happy to do so.
All Scorva timepieces purchased from Scorva UK Ltd (within The United Kingdom) may be returned in their original, unused condition for a full refund of the purchase price. However you will be charged 5% of the total retail value. All original factory tape, plastic protectors and stickers must be intact and never removed. All shipping and handling costs in connection with returns are the responsibility of the customer. If you would like to return a watch please contact our customer service team. In order to process your return, you must include our return form which can be obtained by emailing our customer service team.

All our watches are 100% brand new and should keep accurate time. Once the watch is worn or sized (and even if it is unworn but the plastics/tags have been removed) we cannot accept a return of the watch. If, after wearing or sizing your watch, you notice that there is a mechanical problem, we will do our best to repair it under our warranty. We will not replace or refund a watch once it has been worn (or the plastics/tags have been removed). We will not accept the return of any watch that has been worn or sized under the premise that it was received that way. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the watch upon receipt to ensure that it is in perfect working order, before wearing.
