These Terms & Conditions of use are governed by the law of England and you and we (Scorva UK LTD) agree to use the English courts if there is any dispute between us.

"We" and "us" means SCORVA UK LTD

"You" means the person placing an order.

"The contract is agreed"- by completing and submitting an electronic order form, you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. An acceptance email from us confirms that the contract is formed.

"Working days" means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and English Statutory and public holidays (e.g. Bank Holidays).

By using the website to buy goods online, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or if you are under 18, you have gained the consent of your parent or guardian which ever is applicable. We do not sell goods to children online but we do sell children's goods for purchase by people over 18.

Once an electronic order has been completed and submitted, an offer to purchase goods has been established which if accepted by us will result to a binding contract. Please note, once we receive authorisation from the issuer of the card, we process your order and despatch the goods without further delay. We will not be held liable if there is a delay in the payment and orders will not be processed nor will the goods be delivered if we do not receive authorisation from the card user.

Cancelling an order before delivery

If after placing an order, you cancel the order at any time before we despatch it. You will need you to give us your name and address details and you will also need to quote the order reference number.

However if the goods have been despatched, you will then be liable for a 5% charge of the retail price.

Return policy

When you order, you are entitled to a 21 days trial after date of delivery when you can return yours goods. This does not affect you statutory rights.

This period starts the day the contract is agreed (i.e. you receive an email from us saying we have despatched your order) and ends 21 days after the following delivery of the goods.

However you will be charged 5% of the total retail value. Please refer to return & exchange section for details of how and when to return goods.

If you wish to return your Goods, you must do so in pristine order.

Pricing and payment

We only accept payment in pounds sterling.

While we make every effort to ensure that every goods shown on the website are currently available at the price shown, we can not guarantee that this will be the case. If the Goods are unavailable, it will be noted on the website.

The price you see on the website at the time of purchase is the actual price you pay when you place the order, even if the prices have paid.

Your payment card will be debited for your order on the day that we despatched your goods.

If you return an item, under our 21 days trial period, with which you received a free gift. You must return both the items you paid for and the free gift. Your legal rights remain unaffected

Where an offer mentions that an item is reduced in price (for example, half price), the discount will be calculated at checkout before any postage or packaging charges are applied.

Delivery

When will you receive my order?

We will email you as soon as your order has been despatched with the tracking number.

If you choose Next Day delivery: you will receive your order the next working day after despatched. If you order after 2pm on a Thursday, your order will be despatched on Friday and should be delivered on the next day which is Saturday.

Please note that you will need someone at the delivery address to sign and accept the goods.

Faulty goods

The procedures set out here to return the goods do not affect your statutory rights. Further information on your statutory rights can be found at www.consumerdirect.gov.uk. If you do receive faulty goods, please follow one of the procedures outlined on our return policy section.
